OMTME provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for creating media content, including but not limited to advertisements, short videos, and other creative materials. The service includes various subscription tiers with different features and limitations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
- You may not use the service for any illegal purpose
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create using our service. However, you grant OMTME a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:

- Generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
OMTME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
