Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OMTME ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

OMTME is an AI-powered workflow automation platform for content creation. The Service allows users to build, automate, and publish content workflows using artificial intelligence technologies. Features include:

• Visual node-based workflow builder with customizable templates
• AI content generation via multiple providers (Gemini, Claude, GPT, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen, and more)
• Social media integration and publishing (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Automated workflow scheduling with recurring execution
• Thumbnail generation with customizable templates
• Content analytics and performance tracking
• PDF extraction and document processing

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Plan Changes & Proration

When upgrading or downgrading your plan mid-cycle, charges are prorated automatically. You will be credited for the unused portion of your current plan and charged the difference for the new plan.

Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period of up to 7 days during which you retain access to paid features. If the payment issue is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your account will revert to the free plan.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

Disputes

If a payment dispute (chargeback) is filed, your account may be temporarily suspended pending resolution. Abuse of the dispute process may result in permanent account termination.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant OMTME a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for any content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses multiple AI providers (including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen, and others via OpenRouter) to generate content. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use or publication. OMTME does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. Each AI provider operates under its own terms and acceptable use policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services including:

• Social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok) for content publishing and analytics
• AI providers (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen, OpenRouter) for content generation
• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for authentication and data storage

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. OMTME is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. API Keys & External Services

You may provide your own API keys for external services. You are responsible for managing and securing your API keys and for any charges incurred through their use. OMTME securely encrypts stored API keys but is not liable for costs incurred through your keys.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMTME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Plan Limits & Enforcement

Each subscription plan has usage limits including the number of workflows, executions, social connections, templates, and schedules. If you exceed your plan limits, certain features may be restricted until you upgrade your plan. We periodically reconcile subscription status with our payment provider to ensure accuracy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. This includes automatic suspension during payment disputes. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your account will revert to the free plan.
